What helps in a first email

The URL of the current site, or a sentence about what does not exist yet.
What is not working: slow pages, a checkout that loses orders, a plugin nobody dares to update, a redesign that needs engineering.
Who else is involved: an in-house team, a design agency, a hosting provider.
Constraints you already know: deadline, budget range, compliance, languages.
Access you can give: repository, staging, analytics. We read code before we quote.

What happens next

We reply with questions and a short outline of what we would look at first. If it makes sense, we schedule a call. Larger projects start with a paid discovery phase that ends in a written plan you can take anywhere.
